Monster Cast

Monster Cast is a Brazilian podcast hosted by Ed and Fernando Superman. Its remit covers strength sports and martial arts, with a strong focus on bodybuilding, weight training and athlete preparation.

The first catalogued episode, “Rapha Barros – Bodybuilding vs Fisioterapia – Monster Cast #01,” is dated January 21, 2021, and introduces Rapha Barros as the first guest. This provides a documented early milestone, not independent proof of the project’s founding date.
