Chris Aceto, known as “The Real Technician”, competed in bodybuilding before focusing on nutrition and contest preparation. His experience as an athlete helped shape a career centered on stage conditioning.
His coaching career includes a long partnership with Jay Cutler and preparing Shawn Rhoden for the 2018 Mr. Olympia.
Chris Aceto is a nutrition and contest-prep coach. He worked with Jay Cutler, Shawn Rhoden, Jose Raymond and Guy Cisternino. He prepared Rhoden for the 2018 Mr. Olympia and is part of the current teams of Andrew Jacked, Derek Lunsford and Ramon Dino.
