Itinho Lima

Itinho Lima is a Brazilian bodybuilding content creator and commentator. His work focuses on the competitive scene, athlete analysis and coverage of discussions within the bodybuilding community.

In December 2020, he was interviewed by “O Melhor Podcast do Brasil” as a representative of the Bodybuilding Brasil channel. This documents his involvement in bodybuilding communication before the more recent interviews and analysis published on the channel bearing his name.

In a 2022 interview with Esportelândia, he discussed Mr. Olympia Brasil and Classic Physique, including judging criteria and physique evaluation. He has also appeared on Monster Cast: Esportelândia reported on a conversation in which he explained athletes’ food choices during contest week.
