Samuel Bishop Sulek was born on February 7, 2002, in Delaware, Ohio. He did gymnastics as a kid — which first brought him to the Arnold Sports Festival at 13 — and started lifting at 16. He competed in diving at Rutherford B. Hayes High School and later at Miami University, where he studied mechanical engineering.

In January 2023 he began posting training vlogs on YouTube, always in the same format: talking in the car, training, then talking in the car again. His "Spring Bulk" series made him a phenomenon with millions of subscribers and followers; The New York Times and The Guardian described him as one of the defining fitness influencers of his generation.

In 2025 he finally stepped on stage: he won the Classic Physique overall at the NPC Legends Classic in Las Vegas and, just 12 days later, the Classic Physique overall at the Arnold Amateur, earning his IFBB Pro League card in only his second contest.

He made his pro debut at the 2026 Arnold Classic Ohio in Columbus, placing 8th, then finished 7th at the Arnold Classic UK in Birmingham. Afterward he announced plans to add more size for the coming seasons.
