Miguel Chain

Miguel Chain is one of Brazil's leading bodybuilding journalists. On his YouTube channel, with around 160K subscribers, he covers daily news, behind-the-scenes stories and analysis of pro shows, the Arnold Classic and the Mr. Olympia, with a focus on Brazilian IFBB Pro League athletes. He hosts the DC Backstage podcast, "the backstage of bodybuilding", with long-form interviews with athletes and coaches such as Lucas Garcia, Leandro Peres, Filipe Marins and Gabriel Zancanelli. Outside journalism, he has trained for about 30 years as a natural athlete, is a world powerlifting champion, holds a powerlifting coach certification from California and has applied training periodization since 2015 through DC FIT, where he offers coaching and hypertrophy courses.
