Contest prep · SST Training
Patrick Tuor is a Swiss coach born in 1972. He earned his pro card in 1999 by winning the world championship and competed as an IFBB pro until 2003, debuting at the 2000 World Pro in San Marino. He retired from the stage in 2004 and turned to coaching, creating the SST (Sarcoplasma Stimulating Training) method, which has been examined in published research. Specialist press credits him with roughly 50 pro show wins and 83 pro cards earned by his athletes, with stints including Dennis Wolf and Nicolas Vullioud. He coached Keone Pearson to the 2023 and 2024 212 Olympia titles — and Pearson confirmed the split after the 2025 Olympia. Since Fabian Mayr's 2024 comeback, Tuor has coached the Austrian Classic Physique competitor.
